Equal Advantage started as an idea from a group of BIPOC Anomalies’ to support small businesses in our communities with great advertising. Now, it’s an agency-wide initiative and part of our bigger mission at Anomaly Toronto. 


Call us crazy, but we think that great advertising shouldn’t be limited to big companies with big marketing budgets.
